  1. Love this comp, Allison ... the textures, the repetition in form and shape pleasantly jolted and eye-catching in the range of colours ... and all that juxtaposed against the monotone brick wall framed in warm wood!! Beautiful seen and captured.

  2. This is so instantly satisfying, both the composition and the glowing colours! Also, I did a double-take, because the turquoise beaker at the right looks SO much like a piece of pottery my parents might have made. That was their signature glaze. Any chance I'm right?

  4. Something very merry about this. The colour, definitely, but even if the pottery was all the same, there's a playfulness that comes through in the placement. And you saw that energy. This is the kind of picture you can look at for ages and often, and never really be able to say why.
