Very intriguing photo. I just had to enlarge it to try and figure out what it was. I guess it is some sort of fabric - maybe bits of a feedbag or something like that, caught by the wind on a pole. Is that right? But, as Carin says, it also seems to be evidence of the existence of fairies!
