  1. Awe…! A harbinger of spring. And very sweet in any case. (Speaking of cases -- and ladybugs flying away home) I once flew to Toronto beside a man who raises then commercially for greenhouses. He had a LOT to say about his interesting business.)

  2. Oh golly, now that I've enlarge the shot (and had my first sip of tea for the day) I see it's PAINTED on … a fence? Duh! (You might say.) Very nice. I'll take it as a harbinger of spring no matter!

  3. Love it ... lady bug painted on the polka dot fence? Particularly partial to the warm tones of this shot, Allison!

  5. You have a wonderful thing for fences I'm guessing! I adore this. Ladybugs are a favourite of mine. I also love that Barbara thought it was real. A compliment to the artist... (:

Your quirky eye is a joy, ah ha.

  6. I'm always delighted by what you observe around you, Allison. And I love ladybugs. What an interesting detail, and so realistically rendered. I'm curious as to what the rest of the fence looked like. More ladybugs? Other art? Where did you find this? I agree -- I think you have a thing for fences. ;)
