  2. PS it makes me think of frescoes in Pompeii in their courtyard gardens, those "delicate fleeting images" that have lasted centuries. Let's hope for this one too. (At least we will treasure it wordlessly in our souls.)

  4. I love this for all kinds of reasons. Dandelion is my favourite weed, being number one. Also, that someone did this, I'm assuming, as a kind of guerilla art form, that they gave of their time to express... what?... their (also) love of dandelions? How absolutely flipping marvellous. That there is only yellow, no green. And that you captured it so perfectly simply, in context with nothing other than itself, its new best friend 'wall', and a sliver of grass... on which those fluffs of seed will hopefully land.

  5. Not, I see on closer examination, 'a sliver of grass', but bits of grass within the pavement. My hope for the seeds remains the same. (:
