How sombre and monkish they look; and I really like the warm reddish brown hue of them against the rest of the grey and white scene. All so thoughtful and serene. Terrific shot, well worth a hike to the beach.
How lovely! They remind me of Peter von Tiesenhausen's The Watchers, which appeared in various places across the country, including here (see photo on lower right at http://www.tiesenhausen.net/#!the-watchers/cls4 ). Are these ones permanent? And who made them?

ReplyDeleteYes, I loved that exhibit Elizabeth. The sculptures here are permanent and I will try to find out who made them.
