Beautiful, Allison. They hardly look real! I'm so envious. My garden is only just starting to bloom. Still having some pretty cool, single digit, temps overnight.
Oh these sneaky beautiful cacti! Many a foot o-mine has felt their oft-hidden little spikes, and all the same how glorious they are. I once as a kid was sneaking up on my grandmother who was sitting on a rock at the top of "our" hill painting a watercolour...and in the process of my sneak I sat on a whole patch of the little critters and she had to abandon her painting and spend the next half hour pulling the spikes out of my bottom. This is beautiful, Allison.
