So bleak and yet strangely ... well not beautiful but all the same compelling to look at. Great capture of the small (from our perspective) vehicle, balanced against the wasteland and the snaking pipeline. why is the land white? Was it snow? Or (not good to think of ) some other chemical dust?

A remarkable image. I wasn't quite sure what this was either, till you explained, but I was intrigued by the line curving through the bleak landscape, and then the (unexpected) distant vehicle that gives perspective. Where was this, Allison?
