And very evocative as well - the seats make me think of all the joys and pleasure of the cinema, now over but perhaps there is a new life to come for these seats?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00994679974980010174noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241922689608569245.post-91261010746671481512014-10-08T12:45:22.973-07:002014-10-08T12:45:22.973-07:00Ha! So nice to know the clever artsy people didn't throw this stuff out... bless them.

Such a beautiful, quirky shot.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241922689608569245.post-89208287539452311642014-10-08T12:41:32.842-07:002014-10-08T12:41:32.842-07:00Not reading the above until I offer my thoughts, w...Not reading the above until I offer my thoughts, which are... home movie theatre, circa 1970, in someone's very funky and cleverly designed basement. Norman Bates? This doesn't account for the broken seat however... or does it?? I repeat: Norman Bates.

So looking forward to the Real Story.
(or shall I just wait for the DVD to come out?)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241922689608569245.post-86574167768410726362014-10-08T07:11:52.813-07:002014-10-08T07:11:52.813-07:00Ha, I like your interpretation Barbara! I guess the chairs came out of an auditorium or something and were being stored there. I loved the look of them - too elegant to throw away, but then there is that broken one!PhotoAllyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09864574413520626577noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241922689608569245.post-43162806028653426162014-10-08T06:54:44.228-07:002014-10-08T06:54:44.228-07:00Oh terrific! So now I'm imagining a Dr.'s waiting room in Mexico (the floor, the white-washed wall) and one very heavy patient who is off-camera now being lectured and put on a diet!!! All in all a terrific and delightful shot.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07240918006070069913noreply@blogger.com
